About Group Classes
Designed to introduce you to a Pilates session which focusses more on strengthening your body as a whole. We will work on improving your balance, mobilising your joints, resistance training and learning how to control your body to make your movements more effective and efficient. We will also learn good posture and technique and how to form good habits when moving. Optional challenges are offered during class to encourage you to progress your abilities and build on your strength.Classes are small for observations and individual feedback. These classes can be challenging so suitable for those with previous Pilates or Yoga experience or with good body awareness.
Private Session Details
About Private Sessions
These are ideal for beginners to Pilates and for those wanting to focus on particular areas of their bodies. Great also for pregnant or post-natal women looking to strengthen and heal. Private sessions are an ideal way to work on improving an injury or specific issues you may have with certain movements. If any of this rings true for you then perhaps you're in need of some Pilates self-care.
Treat yourself to some sessions designed just for you. Together we can craft peronalised plans customised to your needs.

Sessions are based at your home or workplace (if local to Whitey Bay).
They can be delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please note that sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will remain fully chargeable.
